Biography

Heading the Voca CIC Business Line at AudioCodes, Gidi is leading product design, business and marketing activities of the company’s AI-first CCaaS solution for Microsoft Teams. In his role, Gidi led Voca CIC to become a leading contact center solution in the Teams space, putting focus on innovation, reliability and a forward-looking roadmap that is purely driven by field and customer inputs. Aside to the continuous evolution of Voca CIC into AI, Gidi leads a focus on uptime as key for the success of Voca CIC in the contact center area. Prior to leading the Voca CIC business line, Gidi led business development and marketing for AudioCodes Voice.AI. Living the CX for Microsoft Teams area day-to-day, Gidi is especially passionate about the democratization of CX capabilities to every area in the company, beyond the traditional contact center space.
