Over the years, I’ve led complex hybrid deployments and large‑scale migrations across Latin America and North America, bringing together voice, video, and productivity solutions to support diverse enterprise needs.

I also serve as a Board Officer representing Latin America in the Microsoft Global Community Initiative, where I help strengthen technical communities and foster global collaboration.
